The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
