Candidate will be primarily responsible for effectively managing the office schedule, maintaining excellent communication with our existing and prospective clients, answering multi line phones and screening calls for appropriate re-direction.
Other duties include:
Mailing correspondence Processing payments Maintaining the reception area & conference room tidy Inventory control Candidate should have the ability to think outside the box and be able to communicate with people who may not fluently speak English, due to the nature of our practice.

calendaring of appointment and deadlines) a plus; -Familiarity with office equipment (such as scanner,copy machine,fax); -Punctuality, prioritizing and reliability are critical.
