Job Description:
Duties Support the Rauland HR team with HR audits and records keeping maintenance.
Provide ad-hoc support for special projects.
Support the local HR Managers on Admin-related projects.
Support HR team on internal or external recruiting needs.
Electronic File Clean - Up, scanning, and filing.
HRIS data entry Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all company-related sensitive information.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities HS diploma or equivalent (working towards a college degree or graduate preferred) 1 year in HR (assistant, coordinator, or generalist role) Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
