Summary:
The Banquet Bartender is responsible for the equipment set up, preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cleaning and takedown of banquet bar equipment.
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:
The Banquet Bartender will report directly to the Banquet Manager / Food & Beverage Manager.
Essential Functions:
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce, based on Banquet Event Orders (BEO's).
Check par level of beer, wine and spirits.
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
Update par sheets throughout shift to ensure inventory accountability and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness of bar and guest areas throughout shift.
If working a Cash Bar shift, receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and insure vouchers are properly executed in order to balance all moneys.
Lock up and store all beverage, food, and other equipment items at end of shift.
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by Manager to adhere to health standards.

Responsible for providing golfers with friendly, prompt, complete and efficient food and beverage service on the golf course, meeting all of the members needs within specified standards IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:
The Beverage Cart Attendant will report directly to the Banquet Manager / Food & Beverage Manager.
Essential Functions:
In a prompt, efficient, and professional manner provides a convenient method for golfers and other guests to obtain food and beverage items while out on the course.
Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day.
Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.
Accountable for monetary transactions that may, at times, be high volume.
Utilizes of Point of Sales system and creates daily sales reports.
PAY RATES:
$15 - $20/hr based on qualifications BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or banquet setting.
Must have basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes.
Basic English language writing skills necessary for completion of requisitions, balance sheets, and vouchers.
Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnishes, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.
Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and take orders.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate.
CPR certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.
Bartending certificate required.
TIPS /BASSET certification required.

Must be a minimum of 19 years of age (serve not pour, alcohol) Strong customer service skills Ability to perform basic math using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals consistent with the duties of this position.
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written directions with little or no direct supervision.
