The successful candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service and will be able to handle multiple tasks at one time accurately and with a positive attitude.
We are interested in hiring candidates with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team, as well as in finding someone who is capable of solving problems on their own.
This position requires working closely with other staff and doctors.
Full-time hours are available Mon-Friday and must be open to work on Saturdays.
Part-time hours would be discussed Mon-Saturday.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
1 year experience as Dental office front desk required.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls.
Verify patient insurance and eligibility Properly greet and check in patients Go over patient treatment plans and insurance benefits Confirm patient appointments Properly schedule appointments and fill the schedule Preform regular day to day tasks Job Types:
