Retail Sales Representative - Entry Level with Training

Mercury Concepts is a rapidly growing marketing firm based in Chicago. Our relationship-based face to face marketing approach has produced outstanding results for our clients, and they are looking for us to continue to drive sales and revenue for them. We've recently been contracted by a major player in the automotive industry, and they are looking for us to expand into new markets over the next year.
As our clients' demand increase, we are looking for ambitious hard-working individuals looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and business development. It is an entry-level position so no prior experience is necessary, and all training is provided by a seasoned team of marketing professionals. We prefer candidates with excellent communication skills, experience working in teams, strong work ethic and integrity, and strong leadership skills.
Our firm believes in promoting solely from within, and our goal is to take the right candidate and cross-train them into management. Those selected for the management training program will work one on one with the company president to develop their leadership abilities and will eventually be given an opportunity for run one of our branch offices.
